What are your qualifications?
As far as formal education, I have a Master’s Degree in Counseling, and a Doctorate Degree in Educational Leadership. In short, I am a counselor + educator and I am trained to work with people who are focusing on specific issues such as adapting to life and situational challenges, or common everyday stressors, to name a couple of examples, and provide emotional and social support in those areas as well as accountability. In addition to counseling, I have been teaching critical life skills and life planning courses for twenty years.
Note: I am a Counselor; I am not a licensed therapist. I do not diagnose or treat mental illness or challenging psychological issues. Please seek the guidance of a licensed mental health professional if you are seeking diagnosis or believe you have a more complex challenge you are dealing with.
I am dually certified as a Professional Life Coach and Health Coach. In May, 2023 I will complete my Certified Relationship Coach training program through The Relationship School. These certifications allow me to provide tools to clients so that they can reach their goals and enrich their lives & relationships. You will see all of these skills (counseling, education, and coaching) interact with each other in my courses.
Truthfully, you don’t need a certificate, license or advanced degree to start a business that empowers others. But it helps. A whole lot. And my collective journey has led me to you. Read more about me here.
When does my course start and finish?
Once launched, courses are open 365 days a year, 24/7. You can enroll and begin in the course at any time. You will have access to the course content for up to 1 year from the purchase date. You may also take as long as you would like to complete the course, up to 1 year.
Some courses are shorter and can be completed quickly. Others are designed so that new content becomes available to you each week over a period of specified time.
How much time should I spend on the course each week?
Depending on the course and where you are at in life, you may find yourself consuming some of the information rather quickly; I’ve been known to do this. I do encourage you to take time to process what you are learning and to put it into practice, going through the material as often as you need to during your year of access.
Some courses will requires an active 1-2 hours each week however, the work and reflection will continue throughout the week. You will maximize the benefits of this course if you carve out intentional space and time for you to engage in the course each week.
How long will I have access to my course and it’s materials?
All courses are available for one year from the purchase date.
If I am seeing a therapist can I also benefit from your courses?
From my experience, therapy may be enhanced by the work you engage in outside of your sessions. I encourage you to speak with your therapist further if you have questions or concerns.

Are you available for private coaching sessions?
Periodically I review my capacity to accept coaching clients. Currently I am not available for individual or group coaching sessions however, keep in mind that if you are enrolled in or have completed any of my courses, you are eligible to participate in the monthly live Q&A sessions for up to a year from your purchase date. I am also active inside of our private community Facebook group (available exclusively to those who have completed an EB course.) This is as close to personal coaching as I can offer at this time and I welcome your participation.
If I am not happy with the course, am I eligible for a refund?
Once you purchase the course I hope that you will enjoy taking your time to get familiar with the material and its application to your life.
Refunds are available for up to 9 days after your purchase date (not 9 days after when you choose to begin the course). No refunds will be issued after the 9 day period.
